The hotel has easy access to the tram network.
My experience was marred by the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms, which were often not well-maintained. the room I stayed in was quite cramped, leaving little space to move around or unpack properly. I also found the bedding to be uncomfortable, as the sheets felt scratchy and made for an uneasy sleep.

The location near tram stops made getting around the city easy, and the shared rooftop area provided a nice escape after busy days. the absence of an elevator presented challenges for lugging baggage up the stairs. Though the rooms were comfortable, some shared facilities could benefit from more thorough upkeep. Nearby vegetarian dining options added a delightful touch to the stay.

the staff were super friendly and helped us with everything, especially dillion at reception who was really nice. the room was clean and cozy, and the shared bathrooms were always kept spotless. great location, close to tram stations and easy to get to stuff in the city. there was a little kitchen area on the roof, which we didn’t use but looked nice. overall, had a comfy stay and would reccomend to others.
only real issue was the street noise at night and the wifi was a bit spotty sometimes.

good experience, but could improve on cleanliness
The Superior Studio with Private Bathroom offered plenty of space, featuring a functional kitchen and comfortable furnishings. The constant hot water in the bathroom made for an enjoyable experience, along with the large, fluffy towels. the staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I found the location very convenient, with easy access to the tram network. It felt like excellent value for the price!
The only downside was some street noise that could be bothersome at night, so light sleepers may need to consider that.

I came here for the International Flower & Garden Show and was pleased with the convenience of the location. It's very close to the tram network, making it easy to hop around the city. The room was equipped with a decent-sized TV, and I enjoyed the ability to check in early, which was a bonus. it was evident that more attention could be given to the cleanliness of shared bathrooms, which might be an issue for some guests.

Location convenient for tram access. Shared rooftop area offers a nice retreat after a long day.
The room felt cold and drafty, needing a heater to sleep comfortably. Shared bathrooms lacked cleanliness, with dirty sinks and some broken faucets. Noise from neighboring rooms and rooftop parties made it hard to get a good night's rest.

The place is close to everything. I took advantage of the great access to trams just a short walk away. The staff was accommodating when I arrived early and let me store my bags until check-in. I enjoyed my time at the shared rooftop area. I like exploring local food, so having many options right outside my door was nice.
The shared bathrooms were not well maintained. The stair access was challenging, and I had to manage my luggage without a lift.
